Forma Lever Polished Nickel

A sculptural expression of geometry and balance, the Forma Lever features a single bow motif paired with a slim square rod lever with refined bevelled edges, crafted from solid brass with a polished nickel finish. Designed in collaboration with Smac Studio, its architectural lines bring a contemporary Art Deco-inspired aesthetic to any door.

Each set includes two levers for back-to-back installation, a latch, a matching colour striker plate, and all necessary mounting hardware. The Forma Lever can also be installed as dummy levers.

The lever measures 155mm length (5.71"), and the square backplates are 55mm wide (2.17"). It is designed to fit doors with a thickness of 32-45mm (1.26"-1.77"). Pair with the Forma Privacy Turn for added functionality and complete the look with our colour-matching door hinges.
