Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING & RETURNS

We aim to dispatch your order quickly and efficiently. While we hope you love everything you receive, we understand that sometimes things don’t quite work out. Below is everything you need to know about shipping, returns, and backorders.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Lo & Co Interiors is based in Australia and ships all orders via DHL Express or local courier services. Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. All deliveries require a signature on arrival.

Please note:

  • Orders may arrive in multiple shipments from different locations.
  • Orders are packed within 2-4 business days.
  • Delivery typically takes 3-10 business days, depending on your location.

If an item in your order is unexpectedly unavailable and was not listed as a backorder at the time of purchase, we will contact you within 2 business days to offer a revised supply date, a suitable alternative, or a refund.

SHIPPING COSTS

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $300
  • $49 flat rate shipping
  • All taxes and duties are included in your purchase — no additional fees will apply

Customs may occasionally contact you for additional information. Please respond promptly to avoid delays, but rest assured that no additional fees will apply.

RETURNS

We hope you love your new hardware — but if something isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, items must:

  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Be unused, uninstalled, and unmarked
  • Include all original packaging (boxes, hardware, protective wrapping)
  • Arrive in good condition (items damaged in transit may not be eligible)

Exclusions: Please note, Custom items and Sale items are not eligible for return or refund. Trade orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund.

To Start a Return

Email your completed Returns Form to aftercare@loandcointeriors.com with your order number and contact details. We’ll respond with next steps within 1–3 business days. Return postage is currently free.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order and return the original (if eligible) for a refund.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email aftercare@loandcointeriors.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • A clear photo of the issue
  • Your order number
  • Your contact details.

We’ll assess the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

BACKORDERS

Items listed as “backorder” are temporarily out of stock but can be purchased to secure your allocation. These items will be clearly marked on the product page with an estimated arrival date.

Please note:

  • Estimated dates are provided by our production team and are subject to change
  • We will notify you if the estimated arrival date changes
  • Backordered items ship within 24-48 hours of arriving at our warehouse
  • In-stock items in your order will be shipped immediately; remaining items will follow when available
