If your item arrives with a missing, faulty, or damaged item, please contact aftercare@loandcointeriors.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a photo (if applicable), and a brief description. We’ll review and resolve it promptly.
If your delivery is missed, parcels may be held by the carrier for a limited time before being returned to us. Please monitor your tracking details and follow carrier instructions to arrange collection or redelivery where required. If a parcel is returned to us, we must wait for it to arrive before reshipping, and customers may be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
If an item in your order is unexpectedly unavailable and was not listed as a backorder at the time of purchase, we’ll contact you within 2 business days to offer a revised supply date (backorder), a suitable alternative, or a refund for the unavailable item.
Items listed as backorder are temporarily out of stock but can be purchased to secure your allocation. These items are clearly marked on the product page with an estimated arrival date.
Yes. If your order includes items with different availability, your order will be split and shipped in multiple deliveries. In-stock items will be dispatched first, while backordered items will be sent separately once they become available. You'll receive separate dispatch and tracking emails for each shipment.
Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Items must be unused, uninstalled, unmarked, and returned in original packaging in good condition.

No. You can shop and check out as a guest. Creating an account simply allows you to save your details for future orders and view your order history. To create an account, click "Sign In" and select "Create Account", then follow the prompts to register.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be amended or cancelled. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing checkout. This allows us to pack orders efficiently and minimise errors.

You can enter your discount code at checkout in the Discount Code field before completing payment. Please ensure the code is applied before placing your order, as we’re unable to apply discounts retrospectively.
Gift Cards can be used at checkout and should be treated like cash. They cannot be returned, redeemed for cash, or replaced if lost or stolen. If a product purchased with a Gift Card is returned, a new Gift Card will be issued for the returned value.
Gift Cards expire 3 years from the date of issue.
We offer a 5-year warranty against structural defects. Some exclusions apply, such as damage from improper installation. Please consider your location and environment, as our finishes warranty does not extend to patina caused by environmental exposure. Please see our Lo & Co Warranty.
