We love the fusion of art deco and sophisticated coastal luxe design that is Lumiere House, owned by Dane and Zoe Cartwright of Projection Build and located in the desirable beach town of Mangerton in Wollongong.

In collaboration with interior designer Lee Talbot of Mavenhome and Sherson Architecture, they have created a distinct family home that unites a calming sense of retreat with art deco references with meandering curves and arches, including stunning custom curved wardrobes and curved Vigo Lena marble kitchen island.

There are so many elements to adore—the warm neutral palette, high ceilings, honed terrazzo flooring, a custom designed pink lounge with fluted detail and handmade dining table using Porta Timber mouldings. Yet our favourite design element would have to be the custom-made Carrara fluted marble that features on the face of the kitchen island and revamped original fireplace, making both eye-catching statement pieces.

Our brushed brass Carlisle Pull handles have been beautifully appointed in the kitchen and bathroom spaces of this impressive and beautiful home and our brass Kintore Pull handles shine in the curved robe of the master bedroom.
