It should come as no surprise that our friends at Three Birds Renovations have nailed it again with the release of their first project home in partnership with Rawson Homes, drawing together the very “best of the best” in Three Birds design and product selection.

Reflecting the cool coastal vibe that has become synonymous with Three Birds, this home incorporates so many elements that we have grown to know and love. James Hardie weatherboard cladding, signature white on white tones, quality timber flooring by Woodcut, Caesarstone splashbacks and benchtops, custom joinery by Carrera By Design and pops of brushed brass throughout to bring an element of high end luxury.

We also love the sense of proportion that this home offers, gained through high ceilings and the clever use of space and light, including a focal ceiling void and double height windows. Significant attention has also been paid to functional features, such as storage, high quality appliances and spaces to retreat to and relax.

A hotel-style master bedroom of epic proportions gets a huge tick of approval from us, yet the sculptural curved staircase in the entrance foyer to the home would have to be our favourite standout feature. What a wow factor!

We are delighted to have been the Three Birds brand of choice for cabinet hardware on this project – and there is a bit of Lo & Co love to be found in almost every room!  See our medium brass Lincoln Pulls in the kitchen and butlers, small brushed brass Lincoln Pull handles in the laundry space and large brushed brass Carlisle Pulls in the main bathroom. Our small brass Linear handles can be found in the master walk-in-robe and brass T-Pulls in the master ensuite. And for all the marble lovers out there, you will appreciate the beauty and elegance of our Carrara Marble Arc handles in the mud nook.

Our best-selling brass Kintore Entry Pull handle adorns the statement glazed double entry doors on approaching this tremendous family home.
